Grand Prize Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

This giveaway is sponsored by SeaCoast Homes and SCH Property Development Corp (“Sponsor”), located at 4002 Executive Park Blvd, Suite 300, Southport, NC 28461. Phone: (910) 933-4381.

 

ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.

 

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

ENTRY METHOD
To enter, participants must submit their name and email address via the official giveaway landing page provided by the Sponsor. Entries may be promoted via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the Sponsor’s website; however, entry is only valid through submission of the official landing page form.

 

ENTRY PERIOD

The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (ET) on February 1, 2027 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

 

PRIZE DESCRIPTION
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize includes:
- A three (3) day, two (2) night stay on Bald Head Island
- A curated experience hosted by Sponsor, which may include meals, activities, and a guided boat ride, subject to availability and scheduling
- One (1) prepaid meal at Jules Restaurant (maximum value $125)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500.00.
Actual value may vary depending on travel dates and included experiences. No difference between stated and actual value will be awarded.

 

PRIZE CONDITIONS
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution by the winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary. Travel and related expenses are not included unless expressly stated. This includes, but is not limited to, ferry transportation, parking, ground transportation, and any additional lodging or meals outside of those specified. All prize details, including dates and itinerary, are subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon between the winner and Sponsor.

 

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted live and made publicly available. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM

The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

 

The winner must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

The winner and any guest(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release prior to receiving the prize.

 

GUEST REQUIREMENTS
Any guest accompanying the winner must meet eligibility requirements and may be required to execute liability and publicity releases. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny participation to any guest who fails to comply.

 

TRAVEL & EXPERIENCE DISCLAIMER
Participation in the prize experience is voluntary and at the winner’s and guest’s own risk.

 

Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Travel delays, cancellations, or interruptions
- Weather-related changes or cancellations
- Acts or omissions of third-party vendors or service providers

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance,
use, or misuse of the prize.

 

Sponsor is not responsible for any damages or disputes arising from the actions of the winner or guest(s), whether intentional or unintentional.

 

TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. The value of the prize may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as required by law.

 

PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and any photographs or video footage for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without further
notice, review, approval, or compensation.

 

DISQUALIFICATION & CONDUCT
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Submits false or misleading information
- Attempts to tamper with or undermine the entry process
- Engages in conduct that, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, may harm the reputation or business of the Sponsor

 

TECHNICAL ISSUES
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical, hardware, software, or human error, including issues related to network connections, servers, or platform functionality.

 

PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be used for marketing communications unless the entrant opts out.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

 

GOVERNING LAW
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.

 

WINNER LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a written request to Sponsor within thirty (30) days following the drawing date.
